About me
FEW WORDS ABOUT ME
WHAT MEANS KAHUNA?
Kahuna is a Hawaiian word that literally means “guardian of secrets” and is used to refer to a healer or shaman. In ancient cultures, massage was a ritual for maintaining and improving health, as well as for calming and elevating consciousness during important decisions. I chose this name because I want to treat the person as a whole, combining the spirit with the mental and emotional dimensions that influence the physical body.
My vision is to create trust and support that allow the client to let go of their burdens. This automatically triggers regeneration and the connection of body and mind, enabling harmonious functioning of the entire being, as the body and mind are inseparably connected. Massages are my way of helping individuals achieve balance, inner peace, and complete relaxation.
My goal is to offer massages tailored to the needs of each client, with an emphasis on professionalism and service quality. I continually refine my knowledge and techniques to ensure the best results. I focus on prevention and health, encouraging clients to take regular care of their body and mind in a relaxing and pleasant environment. In the future, I wish to pass on my knowledge to younger generations of masseurs and manual therapists.
MY STORY
My story began with the desire to make massage more than just a relaxation procedure – to make it a tool for holistic care of the body and mind. As an experienced massage therapist with five years of practice at the Dr. Weber Physiotherapy Institute, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of the connection between physical and spiritual health. I decided to incorporate approaches into my work that offer more than just temporary relief from bodily pain, but also long-term assistance in achieving balance and inner peace.
My journey has led me through various experiences and education – from sports massages at HK Acroni Jesenice, therapeutic massages at the Dr. Weber Physiotherapy Institute, to wellness massages at Warmbad Therme. This has allowed me to gain a broad spectrum of knowledge, which I now use to approach each client as a whole being, focusing on the body, mind, and energy.
In 2018, I completed Reiki school, which allowed me to deepen my approach to working with energies and energetic blockages. Additionally, I trained in manual therapy, particularly myofascial release according to the Anatomy Trains method, which enables me to provide more effective treatment for the body.
With my passion for the work and a desire to help people achieve harmonious balance, I have developed an approach that connects different techniques and philosophies. Massages are not just physical treatments, but rituals that help individuals achieve physical health, emotional balance, and spiritual growth. I believe that every person is unique, which is why I dedicate personal attention to each one and tailor the treatment according to their needs and desires.
I strive to create a space and atmosphere where clients can fully relax, disconnect from everyday worries, and reconnect with themselves. With my knowledge and passion, I aim to provide clients not only relaxation but also insights that help them live healthier, fuller, and more fulfilling lives.
With every visit, I want clients to feel relieved on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. My story is one of seeking connection through touch, helping people find their way to balance, health, and harmony.
