To book a massage, you must complete the reservation form on our website or contact us directly via phone or email. We will contact you to confirm the exact date and time of your appointment. Reservations are valid upon confirmation by the provider.
3. Payments
Payment for services can be made in cash or by other payment methods available on our website or at the time of booking. All paid services are completed and non-refundable, except in cases of an error by the provider or cancellation of the service by you in accordance with the cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a reservation, you must notify the provider at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the service.
5. Rights and Responsibilities of the Client
The client must inform the provider of any health issues, allergies, or other specifics that may affect the performance of the massage or other services. The client is responsible for ensuring that they do not endanger their own or others’ health.
6. Rights and Responsibilities of the Provider
The provider strives to provide high-quality services in accordance with applicable standards and best practices. If, due to exceptional circumstances, we are unable to provide the service at the scheduled time, we will immediately inform you and arrange for an alternative appointment.
7. Personal Data and Privacy

8. Changes to General Terms and Conditions
